Sunderland are reportedly one of several high-profile clubs keeping tabs on promising Örgryte IS defender Michael Parker. The 21-year-old only signed for the Swedish outfit from West Brom in February, but has seemingly wasted little time in catching the eye for his new club, and according to journalist Rudy Galetti, is already attracting interest from across Europe. In the Premier League, Sunderland are touted as admirers of the versatile defender - who can play at centre-back or out on the left - as are Newcastle and Brentford. Further afield, FC Copenhagen, Eintracht Frankfurt, Sturm Graz, Red Bull Salzburg, and Sporting CP are also mentioned as potential suitors. It is understood that Parker could be available this summer for a fee in the region of £2.6 million to £4.3 million. Sunderland, Fulham, and Leeds United have all been credited with an interest in Sevilla winger Chidera Ejuke. As per Spanish journalist Joel Mendez, the Nigerian could be on the move over the coming weeks, and is reportedly attracting interest from England and Germany, where Bayer Leverkusen are said to be monitoring his situation closely. Any deal for the 28-year-old could potentially cost around £3.5 million, with the player entering the final year of his contract with his current employers. Newcastle United have reportedly tabled a big money offer for Sunderland-linked winger Victor Muñoz. The Spanish international is currently on the books at CA Osasuna, and has been repeatedly mentioned as a possible target for the Black Cats in recent months, with some reports even going as far as to suggest that they failed with a bid to sign the player during the January transfer window. According to Jose Alvarez Haya, via El Chiringuito TV, the Magpies have launched a bid of around £30.2 million, plus future add-ons, for the 22-year-old, with the player himself said to be “very enticed” by the approach. It is understood, however, that Muñoz’s release clause stands at £34.6 million.
